I contacted them, and they said I need to send in the watch for service before giving me and estimate for the crown.

Set your expectations around 2k inc service and hopefully you’ll be ok.

I suppose since it's not something they would want you to replace on your own, likely they would not sell it. Send it in and see what it costs, I suspect the number quoted above would manage expectations properly.

I sent my AP ROO RC in for service and the had the winding crow replaced. I think it was about $140, but it's nitrile/steel not ceramic so price may be slightly higher.

If watch has no other major problems it should be somewhere in the $1,500-1700 USD ballpark as they'll have to do a full service of the watch and not just replace the crown. What happened to it?

Thank you all for the replies. This was just a watch I was thinking about purchasing that had a dent on the crown.
