how does breatlings diver watch compete with Omega Seamaster PO?

a nice chrono omega seamaster vs. breitling

sorry I'm not sure which exact models of breitling are meant for diving which is why i'm asking... in reliableness? And can you be a rough and tough type guy.. fixing engines, taking small shock, running a spartan race even... doing some military infantry type stuff with either of these watches or which would be better?
