Nice Rich!! I think when it’s done we need to do a cars, Rolex, and coffee out in GA to celebrate completion!! Super stoked to see the progress please keep the photos coming! Was getting it permitted a PITA or not too bad? Out here in Northern NV most nicer areas have super oppressive HOA’s that wouldn’t allow an additional build like that, so curious how bad the “hoop jumping” was to get the ball rolling.

The most beautiful part of looking at your drawings is there are no revisions!! Yet. Lol

Great build!! Looking forward to seeing more pics. The clearing stage is the toughest for me for the loss of wildlife habitat. Looks like you got away without needing to clear much at all.

Don’t let the contractor charge you for all that silt fence if they don’t put it up.

Sounds like a good plan! Permits were only held up about a week due to having to relocate part of our septic field. As far as HOA, had to get sign off from the board and my nearest 2 neighbors….so not too bad.

Appreciate it, thank you. Yes, only a few trees cleared that we will replace somewhere near the new structure.

Very nice! I see the slope of the first part of your driveway. Do you have a front axle lift (FAL). I have a GT3 and I cannot drive up my parent’s driveway with a similar slope without the FAL activated...

No lift. Luckily it doesnt scrape. We had to have the driveway curb redone for better slope. The amg didn’t like that driveway. The carbon lip (which looks good but so impractical) was doomed. The targa is very practical and usable compared to that car.

I am so jealous to see pictures of your car taken in January not in 3 feet of snow... It must be amazing to drive your P all year long. Once more, nice color combo!

So I lowered the car on some kw height adjustable springs and did the full bolt ons (intakes, downpipes, injectors, flexfuel kits and tunes) with Armytrix exhaust. It ran 692 whp and 606 tq on ethanol when they dyno’ed after completion. Completely changed the dynamic of the car and the sounds are music to my ears. I love the sounds of turbo spools! I ordered new blow off valves and gonna powder coat them bayside blue to match. Also, got the APR carbon lip, side skirts and rear bumper skirts to install when the BOV are ready. This is how it’s sitting currently patiently waiting on wheels.

You are going to hear a lot of turbo noises lol But def considerable power increases are easy on those. Silly power.

Super unique? Spend a week in Naples and you will be cured of that feeling.
