Leather strap replacement question

I recent purchased a Rolex Daytona with a leather band, but the band is an aftermarket one (Dassari). It looks nice, but I'm a purist. I purchased a genuine Rolex band to replace it, but how do you get the pin out of the end of the deployment clasp? The other three are easy, but this one doesn't appear to be a spring bar, and I really don't want to ruin the clasp. Help? Thanks.
