Help with my New 1675 GMT

Hello! Would like to get any feedback on my new gmt acquisition. It’s my first vintage Rolex, it’s a 1973 GMT according to the serial number. It looks well worn but still pretty good shape and keeps good time just a bit fast I plan to have it serviced eventually but not right away. I know the bezel insert has been replaced. I think the hands and dial are original but I’m not sure why the hands have aged differently. Bracelet is 78360 with 580 end links, please let me know your thoughts and I appreciate any feedback.
