sky dweller different cases
After trying on both Stainless and full gold Sky Dwellers, I felt like full gold was bigger on wrist. At first thought it was just because the gold had more wrist presence.
Turns out, the Stainless has a slightly slimmer lug profile. Actually, I'd say they taper ever so slightly as the full gold does not. Slightly less thick, tall wise, too. I've never seen this being talked about or have read anything on this, so I just thought I'd share. I wonder why they felt the need to make them different? Who knows. Good day. |

I could not tell any differenece. I own a full RG SKyD and tried on many many SS versions. The case seems identical to me.

It is subtle. Like when someone showed me the difference in cases of the Daytona.
Actually, Daytona is easier to see, once you know. The Sky Dweller's case backs are different as well. |

The full gold skyd has a thinner bracelet, hence the lugs are thicker. I think it’s 22mm against 20mm.

The stainless Sky-Dweller bracelet has a wider bracelet with 22mm endlinks. The full gold case has either 20 or 21mm endlinks (I can't recall which but believe it's 20mm). The wider endlinks make the lugs narrower on the stainless case. |

i believe they also have different size for pm pieces on strap. That is why you can’t change bracelets

The crown on the PM models is always upright as well from memory, not on the SS and TT.

My Rolesor (or TT if you will) Sky-Dweller from the year 2019 has 22mm end-links (0.87"), just for reference if anyone is keeping tabs.
