Icon20 Ω Omega Vintage Experts Needed!!

Hello Omega Experts,

While I was at work yesterday, I stumbled across this vintage Omega womens cocktail watch. It is rather old, small and in okay condition. As soon as I saw it, I wound it and it began to run right away. The sound of the movement is perfect. It is keeping perfect time, over 24 hours.

I was looking to find information on the watch, I've done a couple Google Searches and nothing has come up about this classic cocktail watch. I am looking to sell it, just have to do some homework on the watch. The only text on the watch is on the opposite crown case side and it says "20 and then a triangle with the Omega (Ω)" inside it. The bracelet "clasp" says "Made In Germany" on it.

The dial reads:

Ω
Omega
Geneve
T Swiss Made T

I really appreciate your help.

It's a gold plated ladies watch from times gone by. Sadly not worth a whole lot. If you ebay it, you might get $50 for it. Why not give it to a friend or relative?

I also posted this on WUS, but if you pop open the caseback with a knife you might get a caseback number which you can then plug into the omega database.

It's kind of a shamed that women's watches command so little monetary value as compared to mens'...

Yeah for sure, if it were a men's watch I'd be wearing it!

Cute watch. Not much value since most women don't even look at these tiny watches much anymore. I have had a handful of tiny ladies Omegas I would guess somewhere in the $40-$60 range if you put it on Fleabay. Some of the earlier models in fancy and gold cases do pretty well. Great score though if you picked it up on the cheap.
