I did so for many years. Then, a post posing this same question appeared on the old TURF site. Many responders opined that night time wear was alot of hours contributing to bracelet stretch for no good reason. Someone said (correctly or incorrectly) that by not wearing it at night signficantly increased the lifespan of the bracelet. No evidence or data demonstrating whether or not this is true...but it sounded good to me and I now sleep with a "glow in the dark" Ironman.
That said, I agree with the others who wear their watch to bed when traveling and in a hotel. I do that, too. |

No mine sleeps on the nightstand and then i immediately put it on each AM.

Only if I'm away from home and somewhere with minimal security...camping, certain hotels...
