Can a small hair/dust stop your watch?
Just got back my PO saphire back from service (authorized service) and notice (with a loupe) a small hair/dust fixed on a screw. If it gets loose can it stop the watch? Please note this is not visible on naked eyes. But is there, should i take it back? It took 5 months, to get the service done.

Unlikely, but worth making note of with Omega and asking them to consider if they wish to rectify or take responsibility for related issues, resolving later as necessary.

Can a small hair/dust stop your watch?
As small as it is, I agree it shouldn't stop the movement. This debris is likely lightweight and was circulating in the ambient air within the watchmaker's bench area. The other consideration is if other debris might be inside but as of yet unseen.
That said, however, it is a potential source of contamination. What if my presumption is wrong and it was an unguarded sneeze that deposited the debris? What if some moisture was associated with this debris? It could begin a slow chain of corrosion, mold, mildew, etc. To be certain you would need to have it removed. If you notify them, it should not take the same amount of time to open it and remove that debris. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wouldn't bother to return it. Just take it to you competent local watchmaker, he/she will be able to remove it under a minute and you'll avoid lengthy transit time and the risks associated with shipping
