I am going to vote no on the hands.
I have never seen that shade of lume and the finish does not look correct or appear to match the finish of the hour markers. Not even the same shade of gold.

Found this post, showing an ad for a broad arrow Seamaster. And what appears to be a legit model.
I notice in the ad, that the Seamaster is listed as 30mm, which is the same size as the Ranchero, that typically comes with broad arrow hands.

So, possible that they are just poorly refinished. I am going to guess that they only came with the 30mm version.
