I agree. Aesthetically, I like the Submariner much more than the GMT, however when it comes to two-tone (and solid gold), for whatever reason the GMT wears it better (in my opinion).

Also, on the topic of two-tones, the AD had the rose gold Yachtmaster in stock. This is another watch I should hate on paper because Yachtmasters rank as some of my least favourite watches period, however I was very captivated by the watch. Had it been priced similar to the GMT, I would have most likely opted to purchase the Yachtmaster instead.
