Pound has lost 20% against the dollar so it would cost more even with a discount, plus the airline ticket. Better to fly into EU on a cheapie, but not necessary as UK ADs can get these watches now, just not straight away.

OP, between these 2 models, if at least one of them is not available upon any random AD walk-in, I'd have to ask what Rolex models do they carry???

Same here in Canada, those models are pretty easy to find, very little or no wait times at all.

I've just put my name on the waiting list for the 114060 at 3 ADs here in Australia. One of them told me the estimate waiting time would be 6 months+. Pretty crazy.

I know the Rolex boutique in Martin Place are out of stock (incidentally their Daytona waiting list is 4 years), not sure about J Farren Price or the Star. I got mine from Swiss Concept - they get one SS sub (either date or no date) per month. I was lucky to get mine the day I went in to enquire as the sub just arrived in the store. They don't keep an ordered list per se, but when their monthly sub comes in they start calling people and the first to come in to the store gets it. The sales lady at Swiss concept told me they don't take down names for Daytonas because she said in the 6 months she's worked there she's never seen one. |

There was a local AD here that was discounting regularly. Rolex found out about this activity and sent a few people in anonymously asking for discounts. Discounted purchases were made and his account was pulled along with his Rolex parts account. Now all he sells is preowned.

Crazy that there are 8-10 months wait times for a standard Sub
What does that mean for a Daytona Ceramic? 10 years? I Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
