AP service

I have an old AP that needs restoration and service.
What are the best options?
AP in NYC quoted me 5-6K back in 2013
Thanks

Wow, must be a major overhaul.

It's expensive but I think that is the way to go. When it's back, you just get a brand new vintage watch with a good documents.

Have you tried contacting Clearwater direct ?

If it’s a reference which is worth it, then via AP is the best way to go.

The thread title is a bit misleading, it's not just a service but also a restoration. That makes a world of difference.

@joeboots, reach back out to the boutique and coordinate with them to have it checked out and requoted, I'd never send a piece anywhere other than back to AP.
