Congrats to her. I bought that for my wife in Dec 21 - not her only watch or her only Patek but pretty much always on her wrist. Wears really well and I'm surprised that my wife's still looks as good as new. Actually one of my overall favorites.

My wife has the 5268/200R-001. Which is the one your wife just received. She absolutely loves it. The 5269 is the Quartz model. There is a current 5268/200R-010 which is identical except with taupe dial and strap. My wife much prefers the white dial/strap. Congrats on getting on of the last -001s. I am sure she will enjoy it for a long time
