Bell & Ross is a solid one, too!
I can't remember if it's a sapphire caseback or not? That said, the only one that I know of that truly ticks *all* the boxes is pre-2019 Panerai Bronzos. OP, you pushed back on me based on price, but I will note that price wasn't on your list of boxes to tick. :) |

Here’s my Oris. Doesn’t have everything your talking about but it does have bronze, glass back, auto etc. it is one of my favorite watches particularly for the $$. Oris likely will have what you’re looking for.

Look at Zenith. Their Pilots watches tick every other box. I’m not that familiar with their diver offerings, if any.
