Vintage Seamaster Automatic Calendar

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any clue what this is? I found this going through old boxes and to my surprise it works, but it needs service 100%.

It's an amazing condition, the strap is some aftermarket crap, buckle seems to be the same material as the case, so I suppose original. It would look amazing on croc strap or navy green nato too.

I looked all over the internet and had trouble finding the same dial configuration with the calendar at 6 and rectangular hour markers.

Was normal for Omega to have various hour markers and many reference numbers?

Some photos:

There are so many variations, that I doubt anyone knows how many there are.

Probably a Caliber 353.

Reference number should be on the inside of the case back.

Usually don't see that movement in gold, especially 18k.

Tried looking online but informations are scarce, and it takes a lot of digging.

I will have to find skilled watch maker since this one needs good service if I plan to keep it
