First the quartz “Pepsi” reissue and now an automatic “Batman”

You beat me to it! Thought I may finally have a first on something new.

Even thought of a snazzy nickname of batmariner.

I still don’t know how I feel about gmt looking bezel on a non gmt watch

I think it would’ve been great if they released a dive watch that is mechanical, with screw down crown and 200m WR

Yeah I'm not a fan and think it looks cheap like a fashion watch chasing trends. It would make more sense if it was the standard 0~15 or 0~20 in a different colour as other dive bezels.

I have a similar watch. They bear no resemblance to a Rolex in build quality, other than they are both made of metal.

I wouldn’t go as far as saying it looks cheap, but I just don’t like how it looks

I agree about the 0-15min color though! That would’ve been really neat.

I got the Pepsi version just to check it out. I returned it because it felt cheap. If you have Rolex or similar, no way you’d be happy wearing this. Unless it was just a throw away watch.

The previous Pepsi coloring on a 12 hour bezel was also pretty strange, it doesn’t really mark day/night at that point.
