My watch is running 2 minutes fast daily.

This sounds like a symptom of magnetization. Before you have it serviced, ask a local independent watchmaker to demagnetize it. This is practically a zero-cost, non-invasive procedure that only requires the right instrument for the purpose.

Or you could buy a demagnetizer. I understand they are inexpensive.
