Real Service
Last Saturday I went to Carl F. Bucherer Frankfurt/Germany. I needed to have inserted two elements in my Rolex bracelet. I didn't buy the watch there!
They were very friendly and a certified watch technician took all the time to setup the bracelet perfectly for my wrist. When i asked for the price he said: We're happy to help. This was really a great gesture and made me a potential future client of Bucherer. I like this noble style! |

I don't know what you mean by 'Inserted two elements', but adjusting and sizing your bracelet in a professional and courteous manner, without a purchase from the store, is indeed noble service....
