vh2k thank you so much for this extensive photo tour! There are so many of us - loving NYC - who would wish to visit this city again.

If only you had some close shots of timepieces in Rokex windows... :-)

Yes, I did. After having it sized, it was boxed up and sent via FedEx to my home. Walking the streets of NYC carrying a box from a very expensive store is asking for trouble — especially in these challenging times. So, I’ll make the appropriate incoming announcement sometime this week.

No sports, no entertainment, no Broadway, no tourists, no vacationers, nobody walking to work. Only a few homeless wandering the streets. Stores are completely empty. It’s a disaster!

Congrats in advance, looking forward to seeing what you picked up. Did you stop by WOS in SoHo for the GS pop up shop?

Excellent!

Best bet with a purchase like that is to skip the store bag and bring your own rucksack/hold-all.

Hopefully delivery goes smoothly without problems.

Congratulations in advance !

I didn’t hear about the GS pop up. I tend to stay in Midtown when I’m in the city... but maybe I’ll subscribe to the WOS email list so I know about these things in the future. Thanks.

I’m a regular visitor to The City, it’s painful to see it so empty. I postponed a Memorial Day weekend trip to November but I’m doubting it will happen either.

I go every October or early November.
Can’t see it happening this year.

The Blancpain showroom in NYC is INCREDIBLE! You walk up a grand staircase into a giant showroom with a staffed full bar. One of the nicest showrooms I've ever seen. If you plan to be in NYC and you love watches... please call and make an appointment to visit.
