Patek 5107G (authenticity?)

I posted about this watch in the PP forum but am hoping to get a little more reassurance as I consider buying it. It's got some cosmetic condition issues, but I'm factoring in the cost of an official PP service including some light refinishing and probably a new strap. The piece is priced accordingly---I'm budgeting up to 3-4k for all of that; not sure if that's on point...

All I'm really looking for here, if folks are able and willing, is confirmation that it's not a replica/clone. I don't have any real reason to suspect it is--it looks spot-on to me and the seller is communicative and not at all shady--but I trust myself far less than I trust the sharp-eyed folks here.

That said, even if it's real, if there is some glaring issue (like a missing screw or a clearly aftermarket service part), I'm eager to know that too. The seller does say it was serviced by PP once in its lifetime, but there's no paperwork for that. Pretty clear, from the case, that this was a daily beater type of watch, not one that was pampered.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Kind of what I was thinking, but then you see pics/videos of “super clones” and you wonder... Still this might not the watch the Uber-talented con artists would spend their time cloning.

They are getting good, though. But the "jewels" are still a giveaway, at least for now.

I'm feeling pretty secure about this one.

I’m not a Patek person but that finishing work doesn’t impress me at all.

Unless that was an average era for them, I can’t say I wouldn’t want a second opinion.

Appreciate it. Yeah, I'm trying to tell if it's down to photo-quality rather than the movement itself. Anyone else with an opinion? I really do welcome the feedback!

As well as whether the crystal was cloudy. After all, that is taken through the display case back without opening it up.
