My father wore a Rolex since the time I was about 4 years old. The $200 he paid for it (new) was probably several weeks pay, and 43 years later, it's still running. That is Quality!

Because I recently turned 55, have always liked watches, was always a huge James Bond fan, wanted something to symbolize the hard work I have put in all these years, wanted something that was classic and not a fad, and I fell in love with the blue/black bezel (but first on a TAG, then I discovered the BLNR). Previously it had not occurred to me to step up to a Rolex, but what was I waiting for? Also, it turns out my wife always liked men's Rolexes....

I realize some people collect watches, but there is something about having only one that makes it even more personal and special.
