Icon5 78360 oyster authenticity?

Hello all, I recently acquired this 78360 bracelet on a Date 1500 with what I believe to be fake 580 end links. As you probably already know the the 1500 came with the 78350 and 557 end links which is 19mm rather than the 20mm 78360. As you can see in the Photos the goofball previous owner must have grinded down the links closest to the end links to force this 20mm bracelet to fit on the 19mm lug width 1500 case. Can you please verify that this 78360 is indeed authentic? In the near future I would like to get a proper 78350 bracelet and 557 end links for this watch. Thank you for your time and input in advance.

Thanks for your input. Now i'm just trying to figure out why someone would go through the trouble to ruin the ends of a good 78360 bracelet to force it to fit on a 1500 with what I believe to be not authentic 580 end links instead of just getting a correct 19mm 78350 with 557 end links.

Oh well I shouldn't be complaining as I won the 1500 and this bracelet in a Thrift shop auction for $100!

I have a similar wear on my bracelet of my 16760 gmt 2 and it’s from the links wearing out and then the bracelet wearing against the inside of the case lugs

I never thought of that happening. So I wonder if it could have just happened naturally due to it being a 20mm bracelet crammed on a 19mm lug width case. Thanks.
