I can buy a brand new unworn AP. Yet this watch is already registered. (Also with the extension to 5 years total.

Can I make a new registration on my own account with both serial and warranty no.?

If you mean moving the registration under your name then yes you can , only thing is warrant starts from the day it was initially entered from first time . You will just continue the remaining warranty time left .
