False advertisement
I've completely had it!
I'm sick, and tired of people claiming a product is something, and you find out it's a gimmick! Check this crap out. My wife, and I sat down a few minutes ago for a slice of "Seedless watermelon" Look what the hell I found inside! $2.99 for a seeded watermelon is almost TREASON here in the south! I have a good mind to drive back to the grocery store, and show the store manager! |

I can see where you went wrong. In your haste you misread the label. You bought the less seeds watermelon not the seedless variety.

Everyone missed the main point here.
Why did you BUY a watermelon, doesn't everyone in the South grow their own? Let me just hope on my dog sled & see what my supermarket sells.

It's been over 12 hours since the seed incident.
The other half is in the fridge, but it's tainted........ I used to enjoy my melons, but this has been traumatic... I feel like a complete victim. When I pushed the grocery cart over to the watermellon boxes, I bet I was on camera, and everyone is laughing at corperate headquarters. "Look at this fat guy! He's going to buy a freakin seeded melon for $1.00 extra. What a sucker!" I read the sign, and it says "Juicy sweet seedless watermellons only $2.99 with shopper plus card" I picked out a mellon not knowing it in fact did have seeds, and was fraudulent. I pushed that stupid thing around the entire grocery store only to discover later that it had 2 seeds inside. If I had known it had freakin seeds, I would have purchased a bag of cherries, or plums. If I wanted seeds, I would have purchased them. No, I tried to enjoy my snack, and pay an extra buck for the lack of seeds. I could eat it as fast as I wanted, and enjoyed myself. But NOOOOOO......Some clown had to run a scam on me, and sell me a lie! I'm loosing trust in humanity! It's all about money..... |
