Most versatile yellow gold professional model...

Take a break....Pulling you away from the teaser thread....
Which yellow gold professional model would you consider the most versatile out of these choices?
Considering no formal or professional attire, only casual wear
(And what’s your favorite)?

I prefer the Glidelock on the PM Subs to the GMT Masters, but I think the YG GMT Master, black dial is the most versatile. Most comfortable though are Daytonas imo

Definitely. They Datyona, even in PM wears more like a bracelet. The Sub has the caseback and case that imo are best with Glidelock in PM. The GMT Master in PM still has a flatter caseback, but I'd prefer if Rolex made an abbreviated Glidelock aka EasyLock for the GMT Master

At first I hated the GMT green dial and I have come full circle and now love it. I would put it as number one.

Looks fantastic....I’ve just never had a black dial / yellow gold combo, especially to wear with blue jeans, T-shirts etc....

Good possibility

I also own the stainless steel version. That gets a nice amount of wrist time also.

Thanks Larry. I’m with you, I’m just wondering what the collection of minds here think as “most” versatile. I’m contemplating a black dial version, but wondering how the outside world views a black dial, YG combo, as far as versatility. Pretty tight voting so far.

Next to the DD in rose/YG I think the Sub blue in all YG is the most beautiful watch out there.

I'm a Blue guy but the black Subc is the quietest of the quartet and so most versatile for me, but I'd have a SS for that and get the best looking one which is the Bluesy for me.

Most versatile yellow gold professional model...

I call this the YG Smurf, but someone else said it should be called the YG Bluesey

Whatever you call it I say this one because I just spent mucho G's on it...lol

I would agree and say the YG flat dial combo is more a Smurf combo. The sunburst, more Bluesy. But that's just my perspective

Has to be the black Sub.

Less busy (cleaner) bezel than the GMT and a more sedate dial compared to the sunburst blue.

Yes Eliot, I’d agree....I’d say a DD40 (silver dial) is ultra versatile, but just looking between these particular models
