Icon5 Help Wanted to date a Ladies Rolex

Hello, I acquired a Ladies Rolled Gold Wristwatch last summer, the case is stamped inside G.Merson w.c.co, Gold Filled, the watch is stamped Rolex Standard Quality, Swiss Made, 15 Rubies. The case and bracelet are one, and original I believe, it is nicely decorated with fine filigree type work around the centre of the face, my impression of it is that it would appear to about 1930s or a little earlier. I have some pictures but am not sure how to post them on this site. Any information or help would be appreciated. Thanks John Duggan
