Would like to just say Hi from Toronto, looking to purchase my first Rolex in a couple of months, trying to decide between a Sub or GMT but leaning towards the GMT

Welcome. Both are solid choices, although the market is definitely hotter on Subs. You can probably get a nice 116710 for relatively cheap right now on the secondary market.
