Makes sense in theory. In reality, I fear the slight extra wear to inexpensive crown seals a few dozen times a year will be far less than the wear to the movement operating needlessly for hundreds of hours a year. There are plenty manual wind watches which can tolerate the crown being wound daily with no ill effects. In the end, it's personal preference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks! And thanks for all your opinions. I'll just try to balance the wear of the movement with the wear of the winding stem/crown seal since i already have the winder :) if i wear the watch 2x a week that would amount to 104 winds a year. If i wear it once a week that would mean 52 winds per year :)

Great choice on the his and hers. Also, I keep all of my watches on Wolf winders. I think they are great. Enjoy!

Will you need to have the bracelet sized?

We both had our bracelets resized. Went to the local AD the other day. They now fit perfectly :)
