5131P coming in a few days??

Well I was dinner last night with some serious collectors after the Sothebys preview and I have it on good authority the 5131P is on the way with N Pole map(as I suggested to Geneva last year) and also it will come with a bracelet so it will be heavy and most likely retail around 140-150K???

For those who love snow so much this could be the one for them also.. How accurate this info and the other stuff I heard is anyone's guess but if true some interesting things on the way in Basel and later in the year.. Time will tell so dont shoot the messenger.

Here is a shot of all our pieces together..

That'd be something. Wish they would've discontinued the r first, but I suppose that'll be next year.

Well I would love a pt but on strap, not really interested if it is on bracelet though would need to see it before, but don't think that I would want to pay 150K for one...

That would be very expensive. I hope Patek will redesign his bracelet.

in that case I will not buy it
Dont want a platinum bracelet, makes the watch unnecessary expensive and I would never wear it

Not on a bracelet please. That would ruin a great reference IMO.

Sothebys, Zuma and fine watches, an ideal night. I'm going to Umu next week.

We have a few guys in the group that have some very limited pieces indeed. Jager and Roger Dubuis has already made special editions for the group and now in process with Vacheron to make us something...

I do like it but makes me happy I have the R as I find it warmer and prefer the strap. The P will be in the region of 140-150K USD ive been told and will be very heavy on the wrist...

That is almost thiple price of 5131R. Too much money.

Good. We are lucky to have 5131R. I told my AD I will give up the P if I can have a R. I made a right decision.
