The Molson Grand Prix (Toronto) this year.....

As you may have seen already in the Pic and Vid forum my very good friend "The Dude" and I were asked to help out with the GPT Auto Expo part of it (Car show). The show was a great success with much congrats going to the great marketing company behind it, D.I Group with is owned by 2 of my closest friends. Now you are probably wonder why I am posting this here. Well as a judge for the show I got to talk to a lot of ppl this past weekend and noticed that there are a lot of car buffs that are into watches. I saw quite a few TT Rolexes both in the car show and also in the grand stands of the race. The majority of Rolexes I did see were DJs but the one that struck me the most was the TT Blue sub and the white dial TT Daytona.

Other watches included a good number of seikos and also a few Omega chronos.

Another cool thing I saw at the show was the Samsung LCD TV display, they had a video showing the movement of a watch being worked on (really wish I had time to take some pics while I was there) but it was really cool to see so many watches and watch related things at the show.
