GMT II 3285 Caliber Service Interval?

Hard to believe, but it has been five years (2019) since I purchased my GMT II CHNR Batman. I wore it about every day for the first 12-18 months, but periodically since. It was one of the 3285 Caliber movements that had issues and went in for service in 2022. I've had no issues since - they never did tell me what was fixed. Anybody have a sense on the service interval for the 3285 movement and the current generation of GMT's?

The same interval as any other Rolex movement made in the past 10 years depending on use every 5-10 years if no problems.

According to the instruction manual it’s 10 years but there’s really no telling yet with the 32’s. I’ve had two that went for early service and just picked up a 3285 yesterday. We will hold the breath and see what happens

What it does state it's recommended to service your Rolex approximately every 10 years depending on the model and real-life usage.

Well Padi you’ll be happy to know I beat the sense out of my submariner so I’ll be sure and send it in before the 10 years 🫡

Have to agree it all boils down to common sense,if used 24/7 and say often in water then service time should be sooner.

if it's not broken, don't service it.

If it has good amplitude, no need for service.

Impossible to predict for a 3285.
Btw, a "GMT II CHNR Batman" does not exist ;-)
