GMT Master II 116710 LN size issue... Help!

Hi everyone, im thinking on getting the Black GMT but im not sure about the size, since its a sports watch I might be able to wear 40mm.
Im also considering a DJ 36mm.. Any thoughts would be helpful! Wrist size: 6.75/ 17 cms.

I think it looks great and the size will work well when the bracelet is sized for you.

40mm is universal fit. Watches always look bigger in pictures. You’re good.

Completely agree with the above.

I have the same size wrist and wear my BLNR with no problems.

Enjoy!

Folks around here only think maxed out pieces are the right size. I have a 7" wrist and 40mm is as big as I'm comfortable wearing. The DJ would be a better fit for you, imo. Of course, if you want the GMT function, though . . . .

I have a 6.5” wrist and wear up to 44mm.
Wear what makes you happy, not what folks on a forum looking at a camera lens distorted perspective of what the watch supposedly looks like on you, think it looks like.

The GMT is the best fitting sports watch in the line-up for me, and we have almost exactly the same size wrists. I say pull the trigger...

40mm fits well on your size wrist. You could go 42mm + and be fine in a more casual watch too.

My wrist 6'5". I have no problem wearing DSSD 44mm. So, I see no issue with you wearing 40mm watch. And it's look good from the pic.

Incidentally, I have a 6.5” wrist, a DJ36, and a GMT II. I think it’s perfect no matter which way you go.

Looks great. I have the same reference. I had an Air King (34mm) for 10 years and convinced myself a 40mm watch was too big for my wrists. Now that I have the GMT I’ve found myself looking at watches even bigger lol.

Go for it! Here's mine, I have a 6.5 inch wrist, and it wears perfectly. Having a correctly-sized bracelet is a must, and gives it a much better feeling on the wrist. Enjoy!

Let's get this straight, you have an AD that has a black GMT in stock and your worried about how well it fits you? It looks fine. Buy it before someone else does.
