157mm wrist, PAM 676 was the best fit for me!

I'm considering getting PAM 38mm. Is this PAM00926? How light is it the watch as it is made from titanium? If you have any rolex sport 40mm or Datejust 36mm, would you be able to do photo comparison by any chance.
