Congratulations Sir and thanks for also posting in my thread about this same watch! Loved your story and boy did you have great timing walking in the day prior to them getting the watch in! I can appreciate a store that looks at the people that show true enthusiasm for a piece instead of only considering the amount of money you had spent with them... My AD is in a smaller town, and I believe that's what served me well in getting the watches I want fairly quickly. They found my Bluesy within a week of my contacting them last year. The DJ 41 arrived in their store a day before they had to shut down for the pandemic, and I called them the first day they opened and was able to get it that following weekend. My SA has been very patient and communicative with me. Her wearing the CHNR on her wrist the day I bought the DJ41 is what really got me wanting it. Can't wait to pick it up on Saturday.
Enjoy yours....now you have a new found problem...which will you wear when!? I know I don't know how to decide either because sometimes I like wearing the 1960's gold DJ36 I got from my dad....it's a good problem to have!

That’s such a cool watch. I was offered one by my AD once on a random visit. I wasn’t planning on buying a two tone so after trying it on I declined. But I really thought it was an exceptional reference.

Do you find owning this and the bluesy to be too similar? I have a 114060 and the tr chnr. I adore tt and am thinking of adding a bluesy. So... how do you like owning both?
