Met with my AD at the parkinglot.

So this wednesday I wrote to my AD how it’s going with my steel daytona or Pepsi request, and he wrote that he hadn’t seen one of the new daytonas yet or a Pepsi in a long time.

But I could pick between this and a rootbear and as he was going on a long weekend trip he could bring the watch and we could meet up on the half way on his way home. We live 5 hours apart.

Fast forward till today and I now own this crazy but very beautiful piece.

This righty loves that lefty GMT. Prefer it over the BLRO. Great colors. Congratulations and enjoy.

There’s a first … don’t think I’ve heard of an AD parking lot meet up before.

Congratulations

Congrats!

I wish the LV had the same green tone as the VTNR. Previous one was too pastel, new is too yellow. The VTNR green is perfect.

Have both? It’s same to my eye.

Not to my eye. They’re definitely different. The VTNR has a deeper green tone. A truer green.

I agree 100%. I compared display models side by side the other day at my AD and I agree the GMT green is nicer. If I could get the GMT with all brushed surfaces and the sub clasp it would be my perfect watch.

I can confirm that they are different as I've compared side-by-side. The Sub green has more yellow in it as someone else has pointed out. I prefer the VTNR greener green.

Congrats, OP!

I guess one of the most beautiful GMTs in my very humble opinion. I’m right handed but wear this one more often than my BLRO…
