Considering replacing the second hand on the Co-axial Seamaster 300 with spectre part

Would it be crazy to replace the second hand with a genuine Omega lolipop hand to make it "closer" to the spectre watch? I think that spectre second hand looks substantially better. The biggest negative I see is that opening up that case always incurs risk that may not be worth the reward; of course I'd pay someone to do it, probably as a part of routine service, whenever that time comes. As for resale value down the road, I'm not sure what the impact would be; any thoughts?

Also considering brushing the polish off the band.
