I inherited this piece and I need your help
I have this old Pie Pan Constellation that I inherited and as you can see at some point someone decided to fill in the space between the mugs so that a custom yellow gold band could be attached and this in my opinion completely destroyed the watch. Does anyone know where I can get this watch restored? I’m up in Toronto and would love some help. Btw the watch is vintage and dates back to 1967. Thanks in advance.

you say you inherited it? if its from a family member then i wouldnt modify it and enjoy the heirloom. if it has no special meaning, well, its a relatively inexpensive vintage watch that i think you are going to end up having to spend a lot to modify it, and wouldnt be worth it in my opinion
if you do, search for vintage omega on this forum for some shops. my guess in looking at it, is that you are going to have to swap out the case completly |

Check out LA Watch Works. They do some awesome case refinishing. I'm not saying it will be cheap, but it doesn't look like that technical of an undertaking. LAWW can probably get close to the original lug dimensions and give you a case that you can put a strap on. AND...you'll have some gold left over. Lol. Do it!
