Blind big pilot buy

Ive always been intrigued by the BP. Never seen one in the metal. I had a pam 372 for a while so have tinkered with bigger watches before. Decided to bite the bullet and get one. I think it wears considerably better than my old pam. Wearing just a bit higher up wrist keeps the crown off the back of my hand when I extend my wrist. Absolutely love the look, nothing quite like it. My first IWC.

Very cool. Definitely suits your wrist and that strap is great. Black and brown is hard to pull off but when it works, it really works. Like a well oiled Belstaff jacket. Congrats.

I absolutely love my 5002. I have larger wrists and forearms so it works wonderfully. It is my most complimented watch as well. Yours looks awesome and I hope you wear it in the best of health!

Congrats! I love it.

I have been wanting one for a couple years now going back and forth from 5009 and 5002. I decided on a 5002 about a year ago, but cannot find the perfect one. I found that it wears much smaller than the size would indicate as well.

Brave move going sight unseen BUT it’s a great watch. I loved mine, many years gone. It did wear much better (smaller) than the 372 I had around the same time. It’s a very strong watch in terms of design, and presence on the wrist. (As are many Panerai, but not so many IWC).

Enjoy it.
