Re: thoughts on JLC Reverso Grande GMT

Hi Guys,

I really like this model based on pictures, but I haven't seen one in person. What do you guys think of this model, any one that has one in their collection?

Is it comfortable to wear on leather or bracelet?
(If you have a side by side picture with others in your collection, please post)

Thank you very much in advance.

Best,
Bryant

You need to try it on. Pictures and in person are just too different.

I have a 7.5 inch wrist and it wears very well. The SS case and blue hands looks great on light brown alligator strap IMO. I enjoy owning this one for it's fantastic set of complications, the history of Reverso and its Art Deco style from a watchmakers watch, JLC. It does not get as much wrist time as my other sport pieces (even though the Reverso has a sporting Polo history) but makes a great dress watch and in the office once in awhile...I don't have any side by side on hand - but can share these.

Also here is a detailed video on this piece from Tim/Watchuwant/Govberg:

It's a fantastic piece. Owned this watch for ~3 years, but sold it later because it was not very comfortable on my tiny 6" wrist. And, I have a slight preference for bracelets.

I think my wrist is at 6.75", do you think this watch is too big?

Hard to tell without a pix S.

Some wrists are round and some are flat?
