Just picked up my CK2998 - is there a guide somewhere to changing the strap? I've never done so on a watch without lug holes before..

1) Make sure to use duct tape etc to cover the lugs (both sides - front and back).

2) Use a spring bar tool.

3) Use a spring bar plier if you're planning to change to a steel bracelet.

Hope this helps.

The lumen is fantastic

One downside is that it doesn't last very long, but the effect is awesome

I could not agree anymore on how nice the 1125 combination is and completely changes the complexion of the watch. Well done
what end-links are you using with the 1125? I bought one at a watch show with straight lugs and want to get speedmaster ones. also its got a bit of flex and I can't tighten it? i don't have really small wrists,,,, think the band is too worn out? only paid $200

560 endlinks. You will need shorter springbars also.

No problem. It's a quite cheap 19mm strap I bought via amazon dot de. Manufacturer is the company MEYHOFER. Hope this helps.
