Need help on this Rolex 1680 , please

I found a Rolex from my birth year that I'm interested to bye , but I am not sure if maybe the lumen
Is fixed , or if it's original patina. Maybe some one could help me out on this and
maybe flag if there are something else that not looks correct.

One other thing is that the serienumber starts with : 5398
I have been googling and half of the result says 1977 and the other half says 1978?
I don't really know which are correct

The dial is NOT a mk 1, 2, or 3 white 1680 matte dial. As such, it would NOT be original to the watch. The dial is also NOT one of the service dials I recognize.

I'm being polite.
I have concerns...
Even if the dial is an unusual service dial, the condition of the dial would lead me to look at other examples.
