Don't have a Tiger chrono but do have a 79270P from the same era [sporting a vintage panda dial].

These Tudor chronos offer a date feature, multiple dial, bezel, and strap or bracelet options, and all wrapped in the iconic Oyster case. The leather strap versions even come with OEM end links and deployant clasps, something Rolex only offers on precious metal references.

The association w/ Tiger Woods has been a double edge sword with many refusing to own anything w/ his name on it. Others see no negative impact with a few letters on the dial or don't care and just enjoy the benefits of a great chronograph.

IMHO, be they the Tiger designated chronos or any of the other 792XX and 792XXP chronos, these are sleepers and will continue to increase in value.

Very nice. Looks like you have them all except the white dial. Enjoy your collection.

No collection yet, but after owning this Big Block (79170) for a short time I may add another. Thinking about another Big Block but black dial with white sub-dials and a tachymeter bezel.

I came very close to getting a 791xx or early (Rolex marked) 792xx recently, with loads of help from the forum, but ended up going THC instead. Never really considered a Tiger as I'm not a fan of Mr Woods.

For the people post here today, this might be a better thread. Not much reason to reopen this 2014 thread.

Mm, strange comment, I presume you had the Tudor before the Rolex, so what made you buy the Daytona?
