For those who have one how long was the wait on a Explorer II

Looking to purchase my first Rolex watch. Looking at the Polar white Explorer II. For those who were able to purchase one how long did you have to wait before you got a call.

The new model 226570 has just been released and is only now very slowly trickling through to the AD's.

There are waiting lists already but in reckon you would nget one withing 4 to 6 months reasonably easily.

I went into AD this morning asking about the Explorer ll -226570
Asked about one .. AD went to get an old stock as he had just got one in
Never had one ..he then realised the old model was the new one
came out with the new explorer 2
I was shown it
Put down deposit..
Pick up tomorrow
Will post pics tomorrow evening

So to answer your question 10 minutes from asking to the AD showing me the watch and buying it

Thats not a terrible wait. This is my first one so I wanna experience the whole process and start to establish a relationship with my locad AD. Plan for this to be a forever piece.

Keep in regular contact with your AD Pop in once a month and be friendly. that can make a big difference.
