Lake Como

Any suggestions? We have a wedding next July(in Bellagio) & it seems many places are already completely booked.

Any insight suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

What about Lake Garda. I prefer it over Como, less crowded.
There’s also Lake Maggiore.

Did not like Garda compared to Como.

If your wedding is early afternoon, guests can get to Varenna or Cernobbio via ferry.

Language is not an issue FYI

1. Grand Hotel Tremezzo - Sold Out
2. Il Sereno - Sold out
3. Filario Hotel & Residences - Sold Out
4. Hotel La Darsena - Sold Out
5. Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como - Sold Out

Unless there are any good suggestions here looks like airbnb is the only option - Yikes

Places fill up fast. My buddy just bought this place and remodeled it to use as an airbnb. I can ask him if you want to go the airbnb route.

I will let you know if we go the airbnb route, thank you.

Most recent update is, the places are not "sold out" just not open for booking yet as its too far in advance for the Italians, which is believable to a degree lol.

I will keep everyone posted, keep any pertinent info coming trf'ers.

Calling Clooney, do you have wifi on the jet? If so please let me know if I can stay in your backyard, thanks fellow TRF'er.

Make sure you take a day out to hire a speed boat and take it out on the lake. Cracking day out and cheap to hire.
