Rolex Date 15038
Hi all. I found 2 Rolex Date 15038 with different dial. One written "- Date -" or "Date"? Which is correct?
Thanks. |

My 1500 has -DATE-. I assume they just vary through the years.

They are both correct. Usually the -DATE- dials are much older and without the hash marks are newer into the 80s. Depends on the date ranges you are looking at but you may run across older models with newer service dials that wont have the hash marks.
