It would be an OP36 turquoise, but there is no way any AD is going to allocate that watch to me (I don't blame them given they can sell it to someone else for more), and it's not a watch I really want to spent over retail on at an AD or a secondary dealer, so it seems very unlikely I will acquire that watch.

White Gold Olive Day Date. Toying with the idea of trading up to a PM but having a hard time giving up 2 of my watches. So I may just save up til I can buy outright.

I can see why Brian....The 321 is absolutely stunning. Well done!

I've mentioned it before in other threads, but the Omega buying experience is an absolute pleasure. There's this weird dynamic, where they are thankful for you the customer giving them money for a watch.

That would be a great move. One of the nicest watches I've ever seen.

Interesting....Coming from a 36mm Explorer, I loved the size and felt the 43's were a bit big. Nice that they have options!

I had a similar issue with the Breitling Super Ocean. I really wanted the yellow dial, but it only came in the 44 and I wanted the 42.

Looking at either one of these later this summer if my AD doesn’t come through with my BLNR before then. Anyone own either or have any thoughts?

Wife and I got a rare night out w.o the kids and went to the city. I wore a black polo and jeans and out of all my watches to pick (rolex included), I strapped on my JLC UTM silver dial and it was great. Plus no worries about drawing unwanted attention in a metro area.

Fantastic timepiece and inspired choice sir.

I’m debating on a GS omiwatari - SBGY007G. Went to see one in person a few weeks ago. I went in with high expectations and I’ve always wanted to add a GS springdrive to my collection.

Seeing it in person, the watch was beautiful, but didn’t have that wow factor that make me want to pull the trigger. Maybe it was the lighting maybe the price. I’d be more decisive if the price was 30% less I think.

Here’s a photo I took. The real thing is much better than my picture.

Please don’t waste ££$ in GS. Rolex, Patek, AP, VC or Cartier

Interesting take. Could you please elaborate? Or perhaps share some of your experience with GS?

I'm currently looking at the Longines Spirit Zulu Time while I wait for a sub. I really like the blue and would probably get it on steel and buy a spare leather band with the deployant.

I need to stop into an AD to look at it in real life but online it looks fantastic. I think this would satisfy my GMT desires and with a sub I can then move onto other things not Rolex, such as JLC.

I also like the look of the blue Breitling Superocean 42 on rubber for a fun summer watch. I need to try that one on, as well. Pics and real life can always be different.

I'm also looking at DIY Watch Club to maybe pick up a kit to tinker with this summer.

That Bluesy is pretty.

I’m working on trading into a WG Daytona on oyster flex. Hopefully this week. Damn the market prices but I want it.

Well I'll bite, got my flame proof clothing on....

I've always wanted a Worldtimer, and also wanted a nice green dial watch dress watch. So I'm debating on picking this up.

Frederique Constant Worldtimer, stainless steel and green dial....

Thoughts...gulp?

My best watch buddy just picked up this exact watch. It wasn't on his radar, but the AD said he was next up for a yellow gold Day Date. I think it's an absolute stunner!
