ADA compliance is a great idea. Maybe an elevator to the basement? Also home theater. Wire every room for sound. It’s not expensive and you can avoid the Sonos wireless bs - that company may not even be around next year. Cat6 to every tv as someone else mentioned is solid advice too. Also a whole house gas generator! 2 dishwashers. A pantry, and plan for a 36 inch refrigerator. No one ever said they wish they had less room to store food.

This ^^^ ... And I’d go one step further. Working with a design build contractor from the get go will save time and headaches between using an architect and a contractor, as they often view things much differently
