I have been avoiding the pen forum until after the holidays, but glad I peeked anyway.
That's really nice of you, Steve. Speaks volumes.

Very cool Steve. I've never been a pen guy, but I've never owned a nice one either. If you start another expensive habit for me, we are going to be in trouble!

O.K. guys it is getting close.
I've been waiting to receive my own Nakaya (which I paid full retail price for) in the mail to post photos and details of his this giveaway is to commence. Unfortunately, Australia Post decided to strike last week and the court ordered them back to work. Mail is at a snail's pace and the strike is going on again today. It's hurting me too. Don't worry this is a green light giveaway and will be happening real soon, and what a wonderful giveaway it will be. Man wish I got my Nakaya for free

Well I waited until 2pm on 24 December in the office........
Unfortunately my Nakaya didn't arrive. So it looks like I'm going to have to wait a little bit longer to start this giveaway. All the details have been worked out. The thread is ready to post. I just need my pen to get it going............. Or should I just start it now anyway? Now I can just ponder about my pen for the next week I have to wait a week or more because my office will not open again until then to accept mail

Ehhh, Steve is a lawyer. He doesn't do things unless it's as close to 100% as possible. There is always a chance the package is lost or what not, so, the hesitation.

Precisely a good reason to "take a walk on the wild side," could be therapeutic.

Great news! Sorry for my ignorance, but will it be a competition of some sort, or a lottery?

That's an amazing pen! If I won it I'd even start writing letters by hand again as opposed to email (time delay be damned!).
Cheers, Jonathan. |
