Chronoexpert
A rather long drawn out transaction which luckily has worked out in my favour 3 months later.
I purchased a watch in early January which arrived in need of repair, despite claims they check every watch prior to sending. The chronograph didn’t reset correctly. A customs issue also occurred. As Chronoexpert sell on behalf of other dealers, I checked images and noticed the chronograph minutes hand was at 1 minute in all online images, just as it was when it arrived. A distinct lack of communication when watch was returned to them for repair. I had to email a few times before I got a response. They couldn’t give me an eta for OEM parts to arrive. Watch finally returned repaired today in good working order, but it took a text from DHL to alert me, not Chronoexpert. I won’t purchase from them again and would urge caution and an email chain if anyone is using them. Happy to expand on any detail by dm.

Agree:
I would steer clear. Had a failed transaction with them and they told me after 3 weeks after d*cking me about that the watch was sold, but lo and behold they had another one that "just arrived" for 7000 quid more. You can't make this stuff up. |
